Refund & Return Policy

Because our oils are personal-use fragrance products, we accept returns and refunds only under the conditions below.
Eligible for Return
- Product received damaged or leaking in transit.
- Wrong product or quantity delivered.
- Product is defective or significantly different from what was ordered.
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal (for hygiene reasons).
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our WhatsApp support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a free exchange or full refund once the issue is verified.
