• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team with order details and clear images or videos of the issue.


• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including outer box, seal, labels, and invoice, to be eligible for return or replacement.


• Once the return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide the customer through the return process, depending on service availability at the delivery location.


• All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team to verify the reported issue before processing any replacement or refund.


• If the return is approved, customers may choose between a replacement of the same perfume product or a refund, subject to stock availability and policy terms.


• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after successful inspection of the returned product.
